Couples Wellness Retreats
Our Couples Retreat is a specialized experience designed to nurture and
strengthen the most important relationships in our lives. This retreat
encompasses educational activities related to relational well-being,
recovery-oriented exercises, THORNE supplements, and a choice between a refreshing cold water plunge or a rejuvenating infrared sauna session

F1RST Family Retreat
The F1RST Family Retreat is a highly interactive and educational experience designed to promote comprehensive wellness within the first responder household. F1RST therapists will provide age-appropriate skills training to create safety, awareness, generate mindfulness, and establish and preserve connection. F1RST coaches will focus on nutrition and lead the family through some fun competition and movement.
