Pao has over seven years of experience in business development and operations within the sports and wellness industries. Since 2022, she has been with F1RST, where she focuses on supporting First Responders’ health by increasing brand awareness through digital communications, overseeing physical wellness activations, and managing impactful initiatives.

Before joining F1RST, Pao led business development and conference operations at Sports Academy at The Star. In this role, she managed high-profile accounts, built lasting partnerships, and drove growth by connecting people and opportunities.

Pao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and is currently pursuing her MBA. She is passionate about using her experience and education to make a meaningful impact, whether through wellness initiatives, fostering strategic partnerships, or creating programs that truly make a difference.

Outside of work, Pao and her husband love traveling, spending time in nature, and taking care of their dog, Blondie.
