Pao has over seven years of experience in business development and operations within the sports and wellness industries. Since 2022, she has been with F1RST, where she leads strategic initiatives that support First Responders’ health by growing brand awareness through digital communications, overseeing wellness activations, and managing projects that create real impact.

She holds an MBA in Strategic Management and is passionate about building systems, partnerships, and programs that make a meaningful difference in the communities she supports.

Outside of work, you’ll find her traveling with her husband, spending time in nature, or spoiling their dog, Blondie
