4 Hour Team Training & Diagnostics
Individual and comprehensive assessments including cardiovascular fitness, aerobic endurance, performance diagnostics, goal setting, nutritional consult, and more.
Follow up includes reviewing results with the team to provide individualized recommendations for optimal health and performance. This service especially beneficial for pre-retirement, recently injured, and/or impaired performance secondary to health concerns.

3 Day Peer Support & Wellness Summit
Comprehensive training provided by Dr. T with a multidisciplinary team, a panel of first responders, and peer coordinators.
This highly interactive experience will assist with the development and maintenance of a Peer Support Program, provide evidence-based skill sets for new and existing team members, and promote physiological and psychological tactics for optimal performance.

MOBILE WELLNESS TRAININGS
An all-encompassing experience that brings the experts, equipment, and technology to your department.
On-sight assessment and training that brings forth psychological, cognitive, physical and recovery principles that can be applied to each First Responder. Experience includes a post-training debrief with Chief, command staff, and/or wellness coordinators providing results and trends allowing for tailored solutions to the department’s specific needs.

ANNUAL MENTAL WELLNESS CHECKS
Confidential, individual check-in (30 minutes) with a F1RST therapist with utilization of standardized screening tools to assess overall functioning, set goals, identify concerns, and create solution focused action planning to promote optimal performance both on and off duty.
The Wellness checks includes psychoeducation, resources and recommendation for follow up as necessary.
FAMILY F1RST
F1RST’s family-focused skills training and workshops are directed towards optimizing stress management, regulating emotions, improving communication styles, promoting positive coping strategies and healthy lifestyles, and modeling effective patterns, boundary setting, and conflict resolution.
