Alexandra is a dedicated individual and couples counselor with deep expertise in supporting both men and women through life’s unique mental health challenges. She specializes in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and major life transitions.  Alexandra offers personalized guidance in areas such as work-life balance, parenting, and stress management, helping clients achieve a greater sense of well-being and fulfillment.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Amberton University, Alexandra brings a strong educational foundation.  Her approach is rooted in evidence-based strategies, including mindfulness techniques and enhanced communication skills, designed to foster personal growth, healthier relationships, and lasting change.

Alexandra has extensive experience working with adults, couples, families, and parents in both individual and group settings.  Her background in behavioral health and hospital environments has equipped her to support clients in times of crisis, providing a calm, steady presence during emotionally charged situations.  She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
