Mission

The F1RST Foundation provides support to First Responders and their family members through comprehensive programming specifically designed to address the unique demands of occupational stress. Through funding these evidence-based services would be available to all members of local, state, and federal agencies to increase resilience both on and off duty, grow and nurture relationships, and improve overall quality of life. The Foundation strongly believes in the importance of healthy personnel as these men and women are the most valuable element of any organization
