Cat Judy, M.S., LCSW

Cat is a licensed clinical social worker, military veteran, and mother of two. She served as a Behavioral Health Officer in the U.S. Army for eight years and has treated a diverse range of soldiers –   including military police and those in combat arms, where she addressed complex trauma from Operation Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. Raised in a military household, Cat understands the impact of service on family members.

 Cat’s clinical and professional background includes:

  • Master of Social Work, Fayetteville State University
  • Master of Science in Community Counseling, Columbus State University
  • Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Southwestern Assemblies of God University
  • Combat Operational Stress Management
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to also include insomnia
  • Prolonged Exposure Therapy
  • Cognitive Processing Therapy
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • EMDR trained
