Jordan castle, LPC- Associate
Supervised by Lisa Grubbs, PhD, LPC-S
Jordan Castle is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate supervised by Dr. Lisa Grubbs, LPC-S. She graduated with her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Woman’s University, and has a background in nonprofit work as well as child/adolescent grief work.
At any age or stage of life, Jordan believes that therapy is all about connection; connection between the therapist and client, between the client and their friends/family, and in the client’s relationship with themselves. She offers a warm, supportive space where clients can work on their goals and increase their sense of peace, authenticity, and self-compassion. She believes that each client comes to therapy with the inner strength needed for growth and change, and works with them to connect with that strength.
Jordan specializes in anxiety, familial relationships, and self-esteem work, supporting clients as they build better boundaries and a stronger, more compassionate sense of self. Her goal is to walk alongside clients as they build insight, confidence, and practice tools for everyday life. She sees clients virtually and at the Rockwall and McKinney offices.
