Lisa Grubbs brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and certified grief counselor. With a diverse background spanning over two decades in education and mental health, Lisa has dedicated her career to supporting individuals through life’s challenges and transitions.

As a former teacher and school counselor turned counselor educator, Lisa understands the complexities of working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. Her sixteen years in mental health have equipped her with a deep understanding of various clinical issues, including crisis response and intervention, trauma-informed therapy, grief, depression, anxiety, and burnout prevention.
