Marlo Greenfield

LPC-Associate
supervised by Michelle rachui, ms, lpc-s

I am a counselor dedicated to serving first responders and their families. My professional journey began as a Police Dispatcher, and I currently serve as the Communications Manager for a local Police Department. These roles have provided me with firsthand insight into the high-pressure environments and cumulative stressors experienced by those in emergency services.
In addition to my professional background, I am married to a retired police officer who is also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. This personal connection has further strengthened my commitment to supporting not only those who serve, but also the family members who stand beside them, often navigating their own set of emotional and psychological challenges.
With both lived experience and clinical training, I am passionate about providing a supportive, informed, and empathetic space for healing, growth, and resilience.

Clinical and professional background include:
· Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, Supervised by Michelle Rachui
· Master of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Amberton University
· Bachelor of Science in Management, California Coast University
· TCOLE Master Telecommunicator
