I have served in Law Enforcement for over 20 years. My career has included many different facets: patrol, detective, training officer, Hostage Negotiator, and supervision. Law enforcement led me to understand that everyone, at one point or another, may need counseling. I chased this understanding with the intent of learning how to best meet people where they are, then equip them to keep moving forward. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2023. I have a heart for family – especially those associated with the world of First Responders. I have experience with First Responders, non-First Responders, children, and teens. I have worked to assist people through loss, affairs, divorce, reconciliation, cutting, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, PTSD, various types of abuse, and general mental maintenance. I do not focus on one specific modality as I believe every person deserves a plan tailored to their own need(s).
