Mission

The F1RST Foundation supports First Responders and their families by providing access to comprehensive, evidence-based services that address the unique demands of occupational stress. Through dedicated funding, these wellness resources are available to members of local, state, and federal agencies to build resilience on and off duty, strengthen relationships, and improve overall quality of life. We believe that healthy personnel are the most valuable asset of any organization.
